About Our Consultants
Hi, I’m Ed Shanaphy,
founder Of The IOCD
I am a former marketer and businessperson who sees private clubs and boutique hotels as a major business in the hospitality industry. We often see clubs as leisure, but I see it as a going business concern having to offer best-in-class services to survive while maintaining best-practices on the business side.
People often ask me how I got involved in this business after running a successful global advertising and marketing firm based in London for twenty years. It’s a great story and I hope you have a couple of minutes to read about it.
